Art Classes for Kids at Lincoln Terrace Art Studio and Gallery

Lincoln Terrace Art Studio & Gallery offers a unique learning environment for young artists. The aim of our instruction is to foster a lifelong dedication to the extraordinary world of art as well as to cultivate technical expertise in drawing and painting. Using diverse media: pencil, watercolor, tempera and oil paints, students learn to draw still life, landscapes, human figure and portraits. Lessons also focus on fundamentals of decorative and applied arts. The flexible approach is complemented by lecture on theory and history of art.

Our lessons are conducted by Sonya and Leonid Osseny, both of whom are accomplished artists who have taught art for over twenty years. Classes are no larger then six people and are organized according to age group. Private lessons are available for adult learners at prearranged times.
